After winning his first tournament through pure luck, William embarks on a month long training program to prepare him for a full-tournament. He has some skill with the sword, but is completely lacking in jousting ability.

The choice of modern music for this medieval movie is one thing, but what does "Low Rider" have to do with jousting training (can you put hydraulics on a horse)? Other than that, this is a pretty typical training montage with our hero starting off as completely incompetent and finishing as a force to be reckoned with.
