The workers are on strike. The Japanese owners, tired of dealing with the American workers, are pulling out. And everyone is blaming Michael Keaton for the mess. The only solution is to get the American workers back to work and churn out 1000 cars in a day to meet their end of a bargain with management that will get the factory back to full-employment.

Its the first day at the newly re-opened plant. Our blue-collar workers are welding away while the new Japanese owners try to do things their way. The culture clash has already begun as the cars keep getting churned out.
