Doug (Jason Gedrick) is getting ready to graduate high school when his father, an F-16 pilot, is been shot down by a radical Middle Eastern nation and will be executed in three days. Fearing a international incident, the US military has decided to do nothing. But Doug and his group of military brat friends, with the help of retired Colonel Chappy Sinclair (Louis Gossett Jr.), are going to plan their own mission to break him out.

Doug and his military brat friends are going to run their own mission to rescue Doug's father who is being held by a rogue Middle East nation. But first they need to use their connections and their cunning to obtain the intelligence information and military ordinance they need to plan and execute this daring action.
