Sylvester Stallone is Lincoln Hawk, a struggling trucker who is trying to turn his life around and reconnect with his son. Hawk is also an aspiring arm wrestler, and lays it all on the line to show his son that he's a winner.

Hawk and the other favorites must battle their way through the preliminaries, while Hawk's estranged son races to Las Vegas to support his father in his quest to be the best.
