Rocky is back in training to fight Apollo Creed and is off for a morning run. Several kids (probably every kid in the Philadelphia Metro Area) join him as he sprints up his now famous stairs in victory.

In many ways this is a montage-too-far. You can really only comfortably fit on training montage per Rocky movie. Rocky leads an invasion of downtown Philadelphia with his legion of genetically modified children. When did Rocky become the pied piper of fitness? Other than lots of running shots and a bunch of star-struck kids, there really isn't much to this montage.
